Level 1 shows that the ease of accessing additional professional staffing suppliers, by simply adding Albany to your current list of vendors. Albany manages the relationships with our Agency Alliance Members, so you don’t have to. However, because Albany also manages the ongoing contract management of all consultants supplied through us, including all legal, tax and HR related issues, you can be confident of compliant and content workers.

If cost reduction is the most pressing matter, operating on a Level 2 basis enables you to rely more on Albany’s Contingent Workforce Management solution, without excluding existing vendors.

Working on a Level 3 basis, once a candidate has been selected and approved, regardless of who sourced them, Albany becomes their Employer of Record, ensuring you realize the full benefits available.
