Staff Profiles
MARTIN GLICK Martin Glick is an established
entrepreneur in the accountancy industry and his focus on developing niche
markets led him to specialise in managing workforce solutions.
Martin created the concept of an umbrella company to manage contractors working
outside the UK, which developed into The Albany Group.
Building on his knowledge and experience in 2005 Martin founded PEO People after
extensive research into the US concept of a Professional Employer Organisation.
PEO People's business model delivers increased key staff attraction, retention
and performance by specifically formulating the right levels of service and
benefits for client organisations.
SHELLEY ECCLESTON
Shelley Eccleston joined The Albany Group from it's inception and within a very
short space of time was promoted to become Group Operations Director.
She assisted with the set up of each global office and put into place the
operational procedures for each department. She has recently been involved in
setting up another Albany Group office in order to centralise all global
operations. She is heavily involved in ensuring the highest
quality customer care and takes responsibility for all the human resources
within the company along with the IT systems, backed by an impressive supportive
and motivated team.
RAY WALKER
Ray Walker joined The Albany Group early in 2000 as our Group Financial Controller
and within a very short space of time was promoted to become the Managing Director
of our Regional London office.
During his time as the Group Financial Controller he was heavily involved in the
transition of moving our global banking operation which was a huge task but due
to his diligence it appeared to be effortless to the entire group. He developed the
finance functions in each Regional Office successfully, with the given remit of helping
all overseas offices to Think Globally but Work Locally.
He is committed to growing the London Region office business from strength to
strength and has a committed and conscentious team around him to provide the
highest quality customer care support that we strive to offer worldwide.
He is presently working towards becoming a Chartered Director and is studying
with the Institute of Directors in Pall Mall, London.
Ray is our youngest Regional Director, with a young family and is still able to offer
the Group an exhaustive amount of energy and enthuasism.
HARRY LOH Harry Loh is a Certified Public
Accountant (Singapore) with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree. He also holds a
Masters of Business Administration Degree from London Business School. Harry
joined The Albany Group in 2001 as our Director of Business Development - Asia.
Prior to joining us, he has held key finance cum management positions in various
multinationals in Singapore (Singapore Telecoms), Vietnam (Mobile Telephone
Centre) and London (Singapore Technologies) after an initial stint in Price
Waterhouse. Harry has successfully set up and is now managing
the Asia Pacific operations of the Albany Group.
ANDREW KRUGER
Andrew Kruger is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa), having obtained his Bachelor of Commerce
and Honours in Accounting degrees at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
Prior to joining the Albany Group, Andrew was employed by Deloitte.
His roles at Deloitte included Africa Operations Manager for 3 years, where he travelled extensively
into Africa to assist in developing the Deloitte practices, and management consulting, where Andrew
was involved in managing projects in the areas of finance organisational structure redesign,
revenue enhancement, cost reduction and business process redesign projects.
Andrew is married to Jen, and they have one daughter, Abigail.

JASON POSEL Jason joined The Albany Group in November
2000 and, after helping establish the groups sales operations in the previously
ignored UK domestic market, he was a central figure in our 2002 restructuring
for process.
He has several years experience in managing contingent workers and
associated tax, immigration and labor law issues for corporate clients and staffing agencies.
In August 2003 Jason was responsible for establishing and incorporating Albany
Systems Inc., which he now manages out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Jason possesses
a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Birmingham in the
U.K; and has studied at the London School of Economics.

GWENDA JANSEN Gwenda Jansen joined The Albany Group over
6 years ago as a Business Development Manager and was quickly promoted to become the
Managing Director of our Dutch office. She holds a degree in Hotel Management and
prior to joining us she worked for an international chain of hotels based in Singapore
in a key management position.
As our BV Managing Director she has introduced new initiatives and gone from strength
to strength. She has recently passed her Dutch Tax exams and her expertise and
knowledge has benefitted our clients tremendously.
She has been creating an impressive success story within The Albany Group.

ANTONIO SANTOS Antonio Santos joined The Albany Group 2
years ago as our Managing Director of Brazil. He has grown the business from strength
to strength and has recruited a sound team around him to provide the highest quality
local customer care support that we strive to offer worldwide. He has introduced new
innovative ideas and built the business at an amazing rate. His knowledge, expertise
and professionalism have been our strength within South America.
Antonio brings to the
Group several years experience in the Telecom Industry, having worked as a consultant
in Australia, USA, Germany, Hungary, UK and Brazil. Antonio has also been
involved in managing contingent workers and associated tax, immigration and labor
law issues for corporate clients and staffing agencies.
KARINA SCHILDKNECHT
Karina Schildknecht has for the past 9 years worked as Managing Director and Consultant for businesses in Switzerland in private industry and education.
She is Italian, grew up in Germany and Switzerland and lived in the USA for 1 year and in the UK for 11 years. Karina holds a Business Diploma, a Management Certificate as well as a diploma in Psychology from Switzerland and a BA and MA in Art History from London. Her work experience is very broad, starting in the book-keeping department of an estate agent and building company in Basel, working amongst others as a recruitment specialist for the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in London, lecturing at the University of London and managing the World Money Fair in Basel. She restructured and reorganised several Companies in Switzerland before joining Albany in August 2007.

RENEE FINK Renee began working with eWork Services Inc in June 2000, when the company acquired SSPS, Inc., the leader in contingent workforce management with their patented TriStep Hiring System. Renee joined SSPS Inc in February 1993 as a financial consultant. She was instrumental in securing the financing to grow the company to $25 million in annual revenue. After nearly three years of consulting with the company, Renee joined as their Chief Financial Officer in January 1996.
Before working as a financial consultant for six years, Renee held management positions with Seagate Technology and SyQuest Technology. Renee brings over 25 years of financial and operational leadership with 13 years emphasis on contractor workforce operations to our team.
Renee is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Degree in E-Business.
