1. VISA / WORK PERMIT ADVISORY, SPONSORSHIP AND APPLICATION
	The knowledge and processes we have developed enable us to advise you on visa/work permit requirements and applications. We will handhold the contractor from the initial briefing to the approval/endorsement stage. When the contractor leaves, we will co-ordinate the necessary cancellation of the immigration documents. In most cases, we will act as the sponsors – a value added proposition to recruitment agencies, end clients and consultants
2. PAYROLL SERVICES
	We will bill the recruitment agency/client and manage the collections and payments to the contractor. We have a turnaround standard of a maximum of 3 working days to raise the invoices upon receipt of approved timesheets and 3 working days to instruct payments to the contractor upon receipt of funds. Hence, you can be assured of smooth and efficient turnaround of funds everytime.
3. PERSONAL INCOME TAX MANAGEMENT
	Through our representatives and network of experienced accountants in the countries concerned, we are able to give practical advise on taxation issues that will enable the contractors to render services compliantly
4. CORPORATION WITHHOLDING TAX MANAGEMENT
	For some jurisdictions, we have researched and put in place structures that effectively reduce withholding tax for payments between countries.
5. IN-COUNTRY BILLING
	We are also able to bill locally for some countries.
6. MEET / GREET AND LOCAL KNOWLEDGE
	In many of the countries concerned, we are able to arrange for airport pick-up and hotel bookings at reasonable rates. Since we are present on the ground in Asia, we will be able also to give local advise on many expatriate related matters.
